What the author needs to do?

Here is a run through of the steps that you need to complete before your book is ready to be sold:
  • Give a complete manuscript of your book including dedication, acknowledgement, contents page, introduction, chapter heads, footnotes, bibliography etc. wherever applicable. We will print only what is given to us. We do not make any additions or deletions to the manuscript.
  • If you have a handwritten manuscript it needs to be converted to an electronic file. We offer typing services for this conversion at very nominal rates.
  • If any photos, boxes, charts, graphs, maps etc are to be used they should be marked in correct places in the manuscript and hi-resolution images provided along with this. If you want these images to be created you can check our special services.
  • The content should be properly proofread, edited and corrections incorporated in the final draft. You can use our editing services for this.
  • The next step involves designing the book. You can use our layout and cover design services for the same. If you are designing the book yourself please keep in mind the pre-approved sizes. The finished file is to be submitted on a cd as a high resolution PDF file with all images and fonts embedded in it.
  • Get the ISBN number. If you are publishing a book for sale and want it to be available in library catalogues you require an ISBN number. This 13 digit number is converted into a barcode and placed at the back of the book.
  • Select the paper for your book and your book is ready to be printed.
  • Once your get your printed copies all that needs to be done now is to market the book aggressively and sell, sell, sell!
